7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  1. Eligibility: Free returns are accepted within seven (7) days of item delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags intact, and returned with the receipt and in their original packaging.
  2. Defective Items: If an item is faulty or defective, it must be returned in its original packaging.
  3. Non‑Returnable Items: Custom work or modified pieces are final sale and not returnable.
  4. Inspection & Authentication: All returns are subject to our inspection for authenticity and condition. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements.
  5. Return Shipping: We recommend using a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking; you are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
  6. Gross Misrepresentation: We do not accept returns unless the item has been grossly misrepresented. Any claim of misrepresentation must be made via the original sales channel (e.g., eBay) within three (3) days of receipt.
  7. Refunds: Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
