Refund policy

We offer free returns within 7 days of item delivery. Items must be in their original condition, with tags intact and unworn. Please keep the receipt.

It should be returned in their original packaging as shipped. If items are found faulty or defective, it should be returned in their original packaging. Items with custom work or any pieces that were modified are not returnable.

Authentication: All items must pass our quality inspection for authenticity and condition before a refund or exchange is processed.

Return Shipping Insurance: For your protection, we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking.

Returns are not acceptable if the jewelry has been altered, such as diamond swapping, or if any scratches or damages are incurred post-delivery.

Saatchi&co reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet the conditions specified above. In such case, we will return these items to you.

We do not accept any returns unless the item has been grossly misrepresented. In such case, you must contact us via eBay within 3 days from the day you receive your item. (If there is an issue with your item, please contact us before leaving feedback).

We give our best effort to take the most accurate photos possible, but often times photos do not do our beautiful jewelry justice. Please understand that color accuracy varies from monitor to monitor.
